Hi my name is Dillon Williford, i am 26 years old with and a graduate of North Augusta High. I am presently in transition of finding a reliable employer.

My work experience has a wide variety of skills i have been very blessed to acquire. I have many Certifications including, OSHA,Flagging and Rigging,Fork lift,with many more and great knowledge, abilities to operate most heavy equipment. In my previous employment positions  I have been in charge of several work crews in my first career out of high school. After more than 4 years as a team leader. I changed fields and joined Local 150, in Augusta,GA. Giving me many first hand opportunities in Industrial Maintenance as a Plumber and Steamfitter/welder/operator. Allowing me a chance to master many rare skills as a Union Plumber and Steamfitter, also some millright and ironwork experiences.

I dont mind long days and hard work. I have lived my whole life, learning very young, nothing will come free in life.  The biggest rewarding tasks, come with self satisfactions giving you great appreciation in "never giving up", Although  in life are those that test you mentally and physically, failure can not exist or even make sense to you if you plan on giving 100%.

There are things i dont know how to do, not complete a task i start, be given any freebies due to having to earn and work hard for my reputation and values having to raise myself since a young age.
