Position Overview

The Tower Tech will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications and tower lighting systems. This role involves climbing towers, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and following strict safety procedures. Ideal candidates are comfortable with heights, hands-on work, and travel.

Responsibilities
•    Climb and work on communication towers up to 1,000’ or more (usually between 300’-700’)
•    Assist in installation, repair, and inspection of tower lighting and communication equipment
•    Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
•    Maintain a clean and safe job site
•    Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
•    Travel to job sites throughout the country
•    Work closely with crew members and foreman to complete projects efficiently and accurately

Qualifications
•    Must be 18 years or older
•    Valid driver’s license
•    Ability to pass background check and drug screening
•    Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
•    Physically capable of climbing, lifting up to 75 lbs, and standing for extended periods
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
•    Prior experience in tower construction, lighting, or telecommunications preferred, but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate
