Safety: “Safety is no accident” is our company mantra: there are no room for short cuts in this industry. A company mandate outlines strict protocol that all employees must follow to maintain that work-orders adhere to a level of safety and quality that is second to none. Most candidates who successfully become a team member are already certified with ComTrain, OSHA-10, First-Aid, to name a few, but continue to receive additional training in safety programs and cross training on various work and safety skill sets dictated by industry standards and contractor requirements.

Education - High School Diploma or GED
Drivers License (CDL preferred)
Climbers Certification
OHA-10 and OSHA-30 for CM's
CPR/First-Aid (will train qualified candidates)
