Entry Level positions available for Tower Technician / Tower Laborer / Tower Hand.
Prior Tower experience a plus and wage is competitive.
Training / Certifications: We feel that regardless of your prior experience that it is our responsibility to certify every new associate.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
• Safely working in ALL environments
• Show up on time every day, ready to rock and roll
• Basic use of hand tools and equipment
• Able to identify hazards associated with the construction industry
• Ability to climb and work at heights 10’ – 300’
• Able to lift 60+ lbs.
• Work closely with your team and follow instructions
• Travel when required: Oregon, Washington
o Travel is arranged and paid for by our travel planner
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous construction experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license (Commercial driver’s license preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques
• Ability to climb towers up to 300 feet
• Able to perform all duties in telecommunications construction (such as;, maintenance builds, new build, cable installation, over lash, and strand construction)
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs as needed with or without assistance
• Ability to set up & maintain safe work areas
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to travel when travel is required.
