Superintendent

For over two decades Expert Construction Managers, Inc. has been building towers all over Florida. This niche industry is booming, and we need a superintendent for construction of:

• Government communication towers
• Cell towers
• TV & radio towers
• Government emergency generators

Right now, we need two superintendents for two tower projects in Homestead Florida. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned foreman or lead climber to move up in our industry.

• The position starts immediately, and the two projects will last until December 2023
• These are new tower sites, so it would help if you have experience with most of the following:
  • Earth work
  • Caisson foundations
  • Concrete slabs
  • Towers
  • MW antennas
  • Shelter
  • Emergency generator
  • DC power
• You will coordinate and deal with:
  • Subcontractors
  • Material suppliers
  • A large state government agency
  • Another GC
  • Inspectors
  • Testing labs
• You must be good with e-mail (Outlook) and comfortable using a computer (MS Office).

We will pay a moving allowance.
