Tower Climber/Small Cell Installer

All candidates must be able to meet the following requirements:

• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check required
• Ability to travel for work up to two weeks at a time
• Must have 1 to 3 years of industry experience and provide references
• Specific experience with wireless carrier builds
• Ability to safely climb at variable heights
• Ability to work outdoors throughout changing weather conditions
• Display a strong work ethic, eye for quality, and willingness to learn

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Maintain job site safety practices and procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain project timeline and quality of work
• Basic care and use of hand tools and mechanical equipment

Certifications preferred and/or available

• OSHA 10 or 30 hours
• RF Safety Awareness
• First Aid, CPR, and Bloodborne/Airborne Pathogens
• Fall Protection/Rescue (ComTrain)
• Anritsu/PIM/Fiber
• Andrews, PPC, Com-Scope Connector
