The Tower Technician positions assist in the installation of wireless communication systems.  This includes but is not limited to, safely assisting in the construction of new communication towers as well as equipment maintenance and upgrades to existing towers.  The position involves working at heights on towers and other structure types. The position involves climbing, physical labor, and the use of hand and power tools. Travel within New England is required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or related field
  • Previous experience using hand and power tools
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Effective communication skills required
  • Computer experience a plus.
  • Previous experience climbing or working at great heights is helpful but not required. Prior rigging experience helpful but not required.
  • Certification in Com Train, OSHA/10HR, DOT medical card a plus
