Description
Sterling Telecommunications is looking to hire (2) experienced tower technicians to work full-time in the Puget Sound market. Candidates must live local or be willing to relocate to the area.

Preferred Qualifications:
- ComTrain or equivalent certification
- Multiple years of tower climbing experience
- Experience working with all carriers (specifically Verizon and T-Mobile)
- Good knowledge of proper rigging techniques
- A good understanding of antenna installation, TMAs, diplexers, RRUs, coax & fiber mainlines, coax & fiber jumpers, connectors, proper weatherproofing, and grounding
- Experience with sweep, PIM, and fiber testing
- Competent with power and hand tools
- Be willing and physically able to work on tall structures in all types of weather
- Must have dependable transportation and live in Western Washington
