Hotel and travel expenses paid, 3-1 schedule 3 Weeks out with 1 week home. $30 day per diem
Requirements:

High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent skills and experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience working on a tower crew doing Line and Antenna installations/maintenance/decom. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a crew lead or foreman.
Proven construction and management skills. Understands scope, schedule, quality, resource and delivery management.
Must have the ability to climb towers (100'+), with a 50 lb load.
Ability to create and implement and execute site build plan based upon Construction Drawings and RFDS.
Ability to create and implement a rescue plan.
Advanced rigging skills and ability to train crew members.
Knowledge and experience in use and care of basic hand and power tools.
Experience in using Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
Experience using web-based customer platforms for completing close out packages, log-ins, JSAs and other required tasks.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations. Advanced fall protection safety knowledge and ability to always utilize tie off techniques.
Proactive, flexible, versatile, and able to perform successfully in consistently changing environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting the company policy conditions.
