Tower Top Hand

We are seeking experienced Tower Top Hands to join our team performing TIA inspections and maintenance on Government sites. This role requires individuals who have a strong background in climbing and working at heights. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, be well organized, detail oriented and proficient with Word and Excel. Candidates must be able to collaborate with team members and foreman to ensure timely and efficient completion of scope of work and required reports. Travel is required. Schedule on average is 3 weeks out with one week at home base located in Topsham, Maine. We would consider flying to market for the right candidate. Must be able to pass a background check. Pay is commensurate with experience. Please include any current certifications with resume.

Responsibilities:
- Perform climbing and working at heights to inspect and maintain telecommunications towers.
- Utilize bucket trucks and other specialized equipment to access and complete tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Travel to job sites, which may be located in remote areas
- Work in a variety of weather conditions
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Tower Top Hand
- Strong experience with climbing and working at heights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
- Ability to work at heights for extended periods
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

- Plumb and tension experience helpful
- Grounding, grouting and basic maintenance
- Painting
- Telecommunication equipment installation and maintenance
