JOB DESCRIPTION and REQUIREMENTS

  • Tower Teams: Foreman, Top Hand, Climbers
  • Will Work in Markets in Washington State and Oregon
  • Living Close to Olympia WA will be an Advantage

FOREMAN

  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of Human Resource and Safety and Health Laws and Policies
  • Ability to supervise the work being completed by 1-3 employees
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and aptitude necessary to manage multiple team members
  • Ability to manage personnel and communicate efficiently and professionally
  • Ability to deal with employee issues and mediate conflict
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and professionally with customers and the public
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of all aspects of telecommunications construction
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of all construction aspects of the jobsite
  • Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the expected work product
  • Ability to make decisions based on the scope and expectations
  • Ability to complete the work required within a desirable amount of time

ALL RESOURCES

  • Worked in the Cellular Industry for 2+ years
  • Climbers must have at least six (6) months of on the job cell tower climbing experience
  • Completed and obtained an OSHA 10 Hour certification
  • AT&T Experience logging in to NFSD an advantage
  • Experience using EAMs an advantage
  • Ability to complete medium to advanced electrical work safely
  • Ability to work proficiently with computer based programs
  • Ability to complete medium to advanced troubleshooting of RF and Fiber Systems
  • Basic understanding and ability to use: Anritsu, RET, BTS Manager, PIM and computer based programs
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of RF Theory and ability to troubleshoot all RF, Fiber and Technology Systems
  • Good oral and written communications skills.
  • Vocational Skills and procedural knowledge, typically gained through a combination of education and relevant experience totaling up to 2 years post-high school or equivalent
