A- Administrations responsibilities
• Manage the Approved Service Provider (ASP) as required to meet the goals and the objectives of the project
• Ensure ASPs are familiar and are following all required procedures (Access procedure, SOW procedures)
• Perform quality assurance to make sure the ASPs are following the approved policies and procedures
• Attend Customer meetings and communicate project schedule status as required. Address customer issues/concerns as they arise
• Agree on the services will be performed at each site with the customer and double check the communication plan and contact information
• Oversee the creation and verify the accuracy of the scope, ensure that these are agreed to and quotes created based on the SOW.
• Verify work complete and ensure that ASP s/Vendors are being paid on a regular basis
B-Technical responsibilities
• Participation in War room activities on daily bases , responsible for solving problems with the new installation
• Manage different tiger teams and coordinate with the NOC
• Perform BBU in a Box test
• Very good knowledge in solving VSWR alarms, RSSI alarms, Squid alarms, power alarms
• Provide all the required technical support to the ASPs
