I'm a desktop technician for Cleveland Metro School District. I've been employed with the district for 4 years. I started as a summer temp for 6 months. I worked hard enough to be put on the help desk for 6 months. I recieved my A+ certification and was hired on as a desktop technician. I worked throughout the school servicing over 300 laptops and desktops. I worked on smartboards. a year a position had came up working for cleveland stem school. I took mthe position. I been with the stem school for 2 years, i service over 400 laptops over 500 end users. I work with window 7, vista, and windows 8
