Entrusted to maintain Electrical Contractor licenses for Alcatel-Lucent engineers. Interfaced with State and Local Officials to understand the requirements and acquire permits and licenses necessary to ensure contractors were in compliance with all state/local regulations. Instructed Installation Teams on National Electric Code and OSHA requirements. Trained Field Installer’s on pulling data for permits, and Delivery Support Teams on meeting the licensing requirements for ALU projects.
Created and developed an ALU Electrical Contractor Licensing program that increased Contractor licenses held by Alcatel-Lucent from 24 to 47.
Streamlined licensing tracking processes by developing the ALU Electrical Licensing Sustaining Support Plan that monitored and tracked the 94 Master Electricians current license and permit status.
