Color code lines and jumpers
Build towers from ground up to tip height
Rig towers with pulleys and ropes
Fly mounts, antennas, dishes
Plumb and Tension guyed towers
Make connecters with tools or by hand
Clean work area
Watch for safety issues
Keep communications with ground people
Have fun doing it

I really enjoy being up in the air on a tower just trying to better communications for everyone. It is the first career I have really enjoyed and would really like to continue with it. I do well with it and I feel as though I am making a difference for family, friends and people.
