As an Information Technology Support Services Associate Level 2, I recover Microsoft Outlook OST files, PST files and I archive Outlook folders for better performance. I reset end-user remote account passwords using the Radius web-based tool. I am a liaison between departmental end-users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and government organizations that are currently working with Modis/AIG. I assist in the design, configuration, testing and maintenance of case management systems and support remote end-users with functionality, access, and connectivity issues.
