Created a cross-training platform that improved the knowledge base and scheduling flexibility of all technicians, schedulers and site facilitators.

Devised and implemented a comprehensive quality assurance and preventive maintenance program that reduced client’s unscheduled network downtime to just 3%.

Won a $30,000 order after complete resolution of one client’s persistent technical problems.

Advanced knowledge of U.S. Navy cryptography, system characteristics and security policies pivotal to the capture of a $10 million contract for a network operations center that delivered college and military courses to over 5,000 personnel per year in Virginia Beach, Virginia, as well to shipboard sailors at sea.

Successful completion of the U.S. Navy project directly impacted capture of contracts with other government organizations, including the United States Senate and the States of North and South Carolina.
