Construction Manager
In charge of Hiring and Comtraining new climbers, over seeing all crews doing new builds, upgrades, audits. Making sure close out are finished the right way, going to sites and doing site walks, returning to sites after crews finished and making sure all work is don’t the right way to prevent any punches. Weekly meetings with venders, also the PM. In charge of site bids and ordering anything needed for all sites to be completed.

2012-2013 Dynis Telecommunications;
Tiger Tean Foreman
In charge of repairs of all at&t sites including assisting with tower upgrades and new builds. Running sweeps with Anritsu D, E, and L models of all lines and antennas to trouble shout problems, running 700, 800, and 1900 PIM test of lines and antennas to pin point faults, running fiber test of lines. Complete close out packages with pictures and all documents. Repair all problems found on sites, as well as work with the knock. Preformed safety training, and used safety on all sites.

2012-2011 Mycom Telecommunications;
Integration tech
In charge of new builds, upgrades, and Integrations of T-Mobile monetization project. Installing antennas, fiber truck, COVP, cabinets, T-booms, and more. Worked with a 4 person crew on builds and upgrades and when doing integrations I worked alone. Preformed safety training, and used safety on all sites.
Left due to the Miami office closing down did not want to relocate.

2011-2008 Ericsson
Integration Tech
In charge of all Sprint Integrations and programming of Sprint cell sites. Worked on upgrading radios and installing and building scripts for Nortel cabinets . Removed old M2 radios and installed new M3 with new Fiber lines, new T1 cables, termination of T1 cables. Testing T1 cables as well as working with VSOs. After 3 months of working with Ericsson I was put in charge of training all new employs to build scripts, run scripting tool, install new radios, ect. When not training I worked alone on sites. When a problem came up I was sent to repair it NO matter what state it was in.
Left due to wanting to learn more and better myself.

2008-2005 Bechtel
Tower Climber/Forman
Climb and install lines, T-mounts, grounding, and antennas for AT&T. Using safety guide lines everyday working with great climbers and foreman. After 7 months of being a climber I became a lead and 5 months after that a foreman. We did everything from antenna to shelter. Trained new climbers to install lines and antennas and how to use safety and 100% tie off everyday.

2005-2000 DishTV
Installer/Trainer/Owner
Went to customers homes and business and installed Dish Network, DirecTV, and custom home theaters. Ran new wiring for cable, also installed surround sound systems from running lines in the walls to under carpet. Mounting dishes on roofs and poles with clear line of site. Trained new installers, ran the wear house, shipping and receiving and RAs. Installed all over the state of Texas.
