I am writing to express my strong interest in the Tower Climber, or Engineer opportunity with your organization. Having served in operational leadership, engineering, financial planning, technical leadership and business logistics environments, with continued success in providing excellent customer service, makes me an ideal and qualified candidate.

Combining my skills in business and technology management, I would like to work for a company or group that believes in integrity, responsiveness, and forthright communication, working together to make a real difference in the overall operation of a company. As the person who is often the first point of contact for constituents and departments through telephone or in person interactions, I have been responsible for providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner.

With over 10 years of management and technical experience, I possess the ability to quickly think on my feet and resolve issues, creating a win-win situation for all parties involved. I have experiences in effectively managing projects through planning, analytical preparation, and working with other teams to accomplish the same objective. This is accomplished through briefings with the customer and outside organizations that are working toward the same goal. My formal education in Engineering Technology and occupational training in telecommunications, critical thinking, technical writing, and relationship building, helps me to understand unmet goals for organizations that will be critical in an Analyst or technical position where I can utilize all data and determine a suitable plan of action to achieve goals presented by your company.

Your company will benefit from my abilities by: demonstrative proficiency in Windows applications and numerous software; analyzing integrating methods of action to include: forecasting, responding to changes in resource requirements, resolving conflicts/discrepancies and negotiating adjustments; multi-tasking in high-pressure environments with high-performing, cross functional teams and departments to achieve objectives and attain obstacle criterion; manage technical needs from troubleshooting and usability to performance metrics. As an independent worker who exercises good judgment and uses discretion, all with minimal supervision, I am able to uniquely resolve complex issues in a timely manner ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and conducted according to company policies.

I have attached my resume detailing my experiences for your review. I am confident that a personal interview would best give me the opportunity to express how my qualifications can meet your needs.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best Regards,

Lucas Locklear
