During my time at Houston ISD, I was able to move into an admin assistant role in technology support for our online Learning Management System supporting 20,000+ employees. We provided support through email and phone to our teachers in regards to our online learning management software, providing password resets, roles and permissions, course enrollments and account creations, and overall basic tech support. That also included revamping online courses and light HTML knowledge. I have also completed the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, in addition to many more that I look forward to obtaining, as I am always eager to continue to learn new skills.
