Project Controls / Acting Project Manager (July 2014 – Oct 2014)
- Managing successful telecommunications deployment project for Sprint generator installation in North and South Carolina, including site acquisition, planning, construction and implementation phases for 30 cell sites

- Managing equipment, materials and logistics for the AT&T Los Angeles Market Turf Vendor, including 4G LTE and 3G UMTS network upgrades and new construction site builds
- Overseeing all LCC Los Angeles warehouse and office functions, administration to inventory; Established Oxnard office warehouse facility for LCC, completed physical and administrative set up
- Coordinating with Project Managers and RF engineers to ensure that the correct equipment was ordered from various vendors, including AT&T’s Telco Buy, and deployed to the field
- Mastering telecom equipment knowledge and specifications from vendors including Talley, Tessco, Raycap, Rosenberger, 123eWireless, Ericsson, Andrew / Commscope, Quintel, CCI, etc.
- Managing internal inventory system, WASP, and ensuring data integrity through Excel spreadsheets and workbooks, utilizing complex functions, formulas and automation
- Responsible for asset management and asset tracking of client and company telecommunications materials, IT equipment and other assets
- Scheduling pick-ups from AT&T Cross Dock and vendor warehouses and deliveries to cell sites and general contractors and field crews.
- Coordinating billing and payment functions with Accounting and Finance department members including managing invoices, packing slips and proof of delivery of goods and services.
Network Engineer / Field Technician (May 2008 – Sept 2012)
- Central team member of one of AT&T’s most efficient wireless e911 sustainment projects, as part of a 10 member team responsible for field troubleshooting and engineering switch support
- Coordinating project tasks, including scheduling sites, prioritizing network issues, tracking and reporting milestones, and dispatching field technicians in absence of the project managers
- Managing technical tools and databases to maintain the AT&T Emergency 911 network through networking, engineering and routing tools including Microsoft Excel, the Centralized Ticketing System (CTS), NTD, Remedy, Siterra, Scout (Config loads), CDR Live, and the eRoom
- Initiating and stabilizing trouble tickets through the Centralized Ticketing System (CTS); monitoring and resolving 20-30 daily trouble tickets using EMS, OpsTool, Winfiol, and networking knowledge
- Collaborating with field technicians, providing switch engineer support for e911 network issues
- Executing field maintenance work and hardware troubleshooting; Ericsson 2106, 2206, 2250 cabinets, technical LMU support including T1, GPS/antenna, Flexmaster, and RF/telco issues
- Completing live and simulated e911 call testing and accuracy drive testing using TEMS phones and 2G GSM, 3G UMTS phones; Collaborating with Intrado, TruePosition and PSAP’s (emergency police/fire departments and dispatchers) to resolve any routing problems
- Executing specialized call testing projects for AT&T’s Rocky Mountain and Oklahoma markets
Project Controls Administrator (March 2006 - May 2008)
- Coordinated three projects in support of the Project Manager as a contractor for AT&T Wireless; projects included the e911 Swap Project, the T1 Audit Project, and the e911 Sustainment Project
- Compiled and distributed site access and logistics information and data by working with various AT&T associates, landlords and property managers of cell sites to maximize project efficiency
- Ensured accuracy of paperwork and field audit information through project controls process and data integrity
- Completed the monthly billing functions and forecasting for the e911 Swap project
- Assisted project manager with tracking project goals, objectives and milestones; managing site assignments, scheduling and delegation of field technicians for the T1 Transport Audit
