supervision of outside vendors, review of local zoning requirements and preparation of land use
applications, architectural/engineering submittals, and construction through building permit.

Developed and implemented a strategic real estate dashboard to assist Pricewaterhouse Coopers’
corporate real estate department with the identification of optimal lease transaction opportunities to
reduce real estate occupancy costs across 100+ locations throughout the U.S.
NEXTEL / T-MOBILE – Site Acquisition & Zoning 2000 - 2004
Responsible for site acquisition activities from leasing and zoning audit through building permit;
coordinated RF engineers, architects/engineers, construction, and legal consultants.
Negotiated long-term land lease contracts with property owners, and prepared, submitted and
obtained land use entitlement applications, presenting before local governmental boards.
TELIGENT COMMUNICATIONS – Site Acquisition 1998 - 2000
Identified sites and negotiated lease rights at rooftop sites throughout Boston metropolitan area for
deployment of fixed wireless point-to-point business communications network.
