Responsible for on a daily basis, provide day-to-day end user service and technical IT support.
Analyze, test, and debug applications. Works with computer programs, and consults with user to identify problems. Perform software configuration and setups of new customers in MES tracking system
Evaluates user and customer needs, documents and tracks new requests. Performs the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of shop floor computers and related systems. Assists in determining suitable software to meet requirements. Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when they relate to shop floor computers. Maintains PC assets in both a physical and logical manner. Manage required supplies for printers (not to include paper).
