Direct and manage all of the activities related to the network build, deployment and optimization of the market
Site review, selection and acceptance, meeting budget and schedule requirements

Manage, coordinate and assist all aspects of construction including, but not limited to, site acceptance, assembling bill of materials, interfacing with A&E firms and meeting cost and schedule requirements for each site

On design team, and supervised the installation of several hundred miles of fiber optic cable routes, underground and aerial, cross-country, railroad, and metro routes
Drawing As-Builds, directional boring, trenching, plowing, setting hand/man holes, marker posts, stationing, grounding, network protection/locating, and route audits
Engineered cable routes from Co location sites and vaults to fiber distribution panels
Coordinate fiber cable entry into cable landing facilities and regeneration facilities
Work with all levels of construction personnel including city, county, D.O.T. inspectors, R/R yardmasters, and environmental inspectors to ensure that our construction practices meet all required standards
Conduct crew training on Confined Entry Procedures, Hazard Analysis plans, Storm water best management practices, Erosion and Sediment control, and other environmental concerns
Pulling zoning/ building permits
Supervised the installation of shelters, foundations/ grounding/ building sets/ and internal equipment
