Provided IT support in corporate environment.  Provided a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment.  This included installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.  Troubleshooting problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.  Responsible for using Active Directory to reset user passwords, lock accounts, join and take off the domain.  Experience with monitoring network security on System Center 2012, isolating virus and malware threats so that it does not infect any other PC on the domain.
