● Experience with many different systems including CCTV, Alarm, Servers, Networks, PBX Phone Systems.
● Started as an apprentice learning about the systems and was then given a promotion after 1 year to a team leader
● Managed a team of 3 individuals delegating tasks and ensuring work was completed on time and to a professional standard
● Worked with a number of systems including, but not limited to, dedicated micros, Honeywell, Menvier, Cisco, Microsoft.
● Worked with PC maintenance diagnosing and fixing problems with hardware, software and networking issues.
● Worked closely with customers to ensure they were getting exactly what they wanted
● Selling them systems which would meet their needs
● Keeping them updated with the work that was being carried out
● Learned the value of great customer service and being customer oriented

Completed a Btec national diploma in IT and Networking. I learned about different IT systems and support for IT systems as well as a CCNA in Networking.
