Store Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Tennessee Equipment Supply Inc. must authorize and approved ALL return items with a Return Authorization number (RA#) before being returned. Please call sales at 800-327-4036 to obtain a Return Authorization number or e-mail us at sales@towergear.com. An RA# is valid for one month from the date of issue.

Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned for full credit, less a restocking fee (standard 20%) and any transportation charges. If the return is due to a Tennessee Equipment Supply Inc. error, the restocking fee will not apply. If, for any reason, the item is in unacceptable condition to be returned to stock the product will be returned without credit.

Items returned in new condition after 30 days from date of invoice, will be issued a store credit, less the re-stocking fee.

The following conditions apply:

  • Each item shall be in new, resalable condition and is the current model, color, and package we stock
  • Credit will not be issued for special, non-stock or custom-built items.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the freight to return products to Tennessee Equipment Supply Inc.
  • Returns due to a TES, Inc. shipping error must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
  • COD and Credit Card shipments which are refused or which are not deliverable will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus COD fee and freight charges.

Tennessee Equipment Supply Inc. warrants all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment. Obligation under this warranty is limited to product replacement or repair as determined by the manufacturer of each product. We do not assume liability in connection with the manufacture or use of these products. The warranty is void if any item has been altered or modified in any way, or if the product is used in a manner other than for which it is designed.

Any person using protective equipment distributed by Tennessee Equipment Supply Inc. in any manner assumes all risks and accepts full responsibility for any damage or injury – including death, which may result from the use of any personal protective equipment. The product information contained in catalogs and brochures are not a substitute for qualified personal instruction. Inspect all equipment before each use and destroy any gear that is damaged, worn or does not pass inspection. Improper use, abuse and / or lack of proper maintenance will increase the risk of serious injury or death.

MFC TERMS:
1. Normal Shipping Days after Receipt of Order (ARO) – 48 hours ARO
2. FOB Terms for Normal Delivery – FOB Origin
3. Expedited Delivery Days after Receipt of Order (ARO) – Will ship within 24 hours if item is in stock
4. FOB Terms for Expedited Delivery – FOB Origin
5. Prompt Payment Terms – such as Net 30 or say 1% 20 days Net 30 – None
