About the Role:
We are seeking a Telecom Construction Manager with 2+ years of experience in managing telecommunications infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site construction, ensure compliance with project timelines and safety standards, and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day telecom construction activities, including tower, fiber, and small cell builds.
Supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure construction accuracy.
Track project progress, budgets, and schedules; prepare regular status reports.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and field crews to resolve on-site issues.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom construction management or related field.
Strong understanding of wireless and/or fiber network construction.
Working knowledge of OSHA and other safety standards.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.
