AWI is located in Boise ID, We do work for T-Mobile, Crown Castle, SBA, ATC, and a handful of smaller companies around the area.

AWI was established in 2017 and we have been growing ever since. We are a smaller company with 6-10 employees.

At AWI we travel out of town most weeks, but are home most weekends and we are usually not gone away from home for more than a couple days.

When you start at AWI and prove yourself, you don't need to wait for a 6 month review for a raise, we give raises as deserved and we also do a lot of bonuses for longer projects or ones that are out of our normal scope. We have a lot of little perks that bigger companies might not offer, when you are out of town you will get your own hotel room, no need to bunk up with 2 or 3 guys. Each year we offer a $300 PPE/Tools reimbursement program that the company will reimburse you, up to $300, for tools you need to replace or PPE you would like to purchase to make your life a little easier.
