Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily site activities, crew assignments, and work sequence
  • Review construction drawings, scopes of work, and material requirements prior to execution
  • Ensure crews are properly staffed, equipped, and prepared to perform L&A work
  • Oversee all tower and ground operations, including rigging and installation activities
  • Lead pre-task planning, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and All-Hands meetings
  • Enforce safety, fall protection, and site-specific requirements at all times
  • Coordinate with project management on schedule, progress, and issues
  • Track site progress and ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones
  • Identify and resolve field issues (material shortages, design conflicts, access constraints)
  • Ensure quality control of all installations
  • Manage site logistics, including material flow, equipment usage, and site conditions
  • Oversee documentation, including photos, redlines, and site reports
  • Maintain accountability for customer-provided assets, including tracking, handling, and proper use of materials and equipment
  • Ensure proper handling and installation of low-voltage telecom equipment and systems
  • Direct and support TT3, TT2, and TT1 personnel to maintain workflow and productivity
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe working condition

 

Required Skills / Qualifications

  • 3+ years of tower experience
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as Tower Foreman on L&A projects
  • Strong understanding of L&A installation standards and carrier requirements
  • Experience working with major OEM equipment (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, scopes, and project documentation
  • Strong knowledge of rigging operations and field execution
  • Experience managing crews, schedules, and site operations
  • Ability to make decisions and resolve issues in real time
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates leadership, accountability, and a safety-first mindset

Certificates required:
- OSHA 10
- OSHA 30
- First Aid CPR
- NWSA  TTT 1- will be a plus
