Description

We are hiring experienced Tower Technicians to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment on cell towers and rooftops. Approximately 80–90% of the role involves climbing towers and performing work at height.
Travel is required within IL, WI, IN. Candidates must be able to stay out of town during the workweek and occasional weekends. Company-paid hotel accommodations and weekly per diem are provided.
Candidates should have 1+ years of telecom or climbing experience. Once selected for hire each individual will receive an in-house, paid training course to obtain the necessary certifications and skills to perform the work required by the job. The company provides all necessary equipment for training. Travel expenses are covered, and you will receive a per diem.

Duties
- Climb, work on, and descend telecommunications towers, monopoles, rooftops, and other structures at heights of up to 1,000 feet.
- Assist with tower construction and antenna installation
- Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, assemble, and install materials safely and accurately.
- Conduct basic inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment and report issues to crew leads or foremen.
- Work as part of a 3–4 person crew
- Follow OSHA and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ year of tower or telecommunications field experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass background check and drug test
- Willing to travel and work outdoors year-round
- Physically able to climb towers and perform rescues
