Tower Technicians Needed

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tower Climber role based in Fort Worth, TX. The Tower Climber will perform daily climbs on communication towers to install, inspect, maintain, and repair antennas, cabling, and associated hardware. Responsibilities include using hand tools and testing equipment, following detailed work orders, and documenting work completed with accurate reports and photos. The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues at height, assisting with tower upgrades, and ensuring all tasks comply with safety protocols and industry standards. The Tower Climber will work closely with a field team, communicate progress to supervisors, and maintain a clean, organized job site.
Qualifications

• Ability to safely use and manage hand tools for tower work, assembly, and installation tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues with tower equipment and systems.
• Experience with maintenance & repair of mechanical and electrical components on communication structures.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with crew members, supervisors, and clients.
• Basic knowledge of wireless networking and related equipment used on communication towers.
• Comfort working at heights with proper fall protection; ability to climb and work on towers for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety, including following OSHA and company safety procedures and using PPE correctly.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related technical training or certifications (e.g., tower climbing safety, RF awareness) are beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites in and around Fort Worth, TX.
