This role is for experienced aerial leaders who know how to run a crew, work safely at height, and keep jobs moving. If you’ve climbed poles, run bucket trucks, and held crews to standard, this is your seat.
You’re the one in charge on-site. Safety, quality, and production start with you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Lead and oversee aerial fiber and telecom installations
- Make sure work meets code, safety rules, and customer specs
- Operate and supervise bucket trucks, digger derricks, and related equipment
- Work at heights using climbing hooks, ladders, and aerial equipment
- Keep job sites safe and traffic moving
- Use hand and power tools daily
- Guide and train crew members in the field
- Complete daily work orders, crew checks, and safety documentation
- Travel for storm response when needed
- Work in all weather conditions
WHAT YOU NEED
This role requires travel and overtime, including occasional weekend work.
- 3+ years of aerial telecom experience
- Proven ability to lead crews in the field
- Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card
- Certified pole climber or willing to become certified
- CDL Class A preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift 55+ lbs and work long days at height
- Authorized to work in the United States
