TRAVELING AERIAL FOREMAN – TELECOM

This role is for experienced aerial leaders who know how to run a crew, work safely at height, and keep jobs moving. If you’ve climbed poles, run bucket trucks, and held crews to standard, this is your seat.

You’re the one in charge on-site. Safety, quality, and production start with you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead and oversee aerial fiber and telecom installations
• Make sure work meets code, safety rules, and customer specs
• Operate and supervise bucket trucks, digger derricks, and related equipment
• Work at heights using climbing hooks, ladders, and aerial equipment
• Keep job sites safe and traffic moving
• Use hand and power tools daily
• Guide and train crew members in the field
• Complete daily work orders, crew checks, and safety documentation
• Travel for storm response when needed
• Work in all weather conditions

WHAT YOU NEED

This role requires travel and overtime, including occasional weekend work.

• 3+ years of aerial telecom experience
• Proven ability to lead crews in the field
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card
• Certified pole climber or willing to become certified
• CDL Class A preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift 55+ lbs and work long days at height
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Safety-first mindset, no shortcuts
