Atlantic, IA Rolling Hills Site: Scope of work includes 500hr service, as well as start of first annual service.
Bison Wind Farm October 2010-December 2010 (16 ,2.3 MW Seimens Turbines) Worked along side Seimens commissioning team. Scope of work was to adhere to commissioning check-list and procedures.

Meadow Lakes Wind Farm February 2010 – July 2010 (66 Acciona AW-82 Turbines)
Worked directly with customer, “Horizon Wind Energy.” Attended daily pod meetings with sub-contractors and project managers to give updates on progress or problems in the wind farm. The different scopes of work performed were addressing RFIs, generated daily punch list inspection reports, performed bore scope tests on multiple gearboxes checking for rust and micro pitting. Also, performed inspections of Indar Generators which included measuring carbon brushes, checking for rust and corrosion, and testing insulation of generator cables.
The mechanical completion certificates consisted of checking the following: Tower Exterior, Tower Foundation, Main Controller, Switch Gear Cabinet, Convertor, Tower Sections and Platforms, Yaw System, Nacelle condition, Top PLC, Slip Ring Assembly, Generator, Gear Box, Brake/HYD Electrical System, Nacelle Roof, Blades, and Condition of Hub which included checking Electrical or HYD Pitch Systems.

Fowler Wind Farm November 2009 - December 2009 RCA 65
Project blade change-outs consisting of lowering and lifting of rotor assemblies and as well as single blade change-out. Also, Technical Advisor over torque values and Verifying ten percents.

Cohocton Wind Farm June 2009 to November 2009 RCA 65
Project blade change-outs consisting of lowering and lifting of rotor assemblies. Other large correctives included single blade change-out which job task included: Extensive Rigging. Was also Technical Advisor over torque values and ten percents. More large correctives included changing out damaged yaw rings in the field as well as over six gearbox change outs in Clipper Liberty Turbines.
