Temporary assignment, I was brought in to guide and help develop a commercial telecommunications division of Long Wave.
Develop safety guidelines and a QA/QC manual for private sector commercial business
Develop a standard scope of work for site decommissioning, site audits as well as overlays and new builds.
Provide assistance in writing job descriptions, while identifying the skill sets and talent needed to perform various services.
Provide top notch guidance and leadership to help the existing team understand how the private sector telecommunications industry functioned.
Develop a project time-lines and “SOW” execution plan. The plan I presented resulted in our first award to perform a tower decommissioning and installation of a new tower and shelter within the original compound. Estimated value in excess of $380K.
