planes and energy connections suggestions.

Since November 2012 I was part of RAN Team at Ericsson Venezuela working as
FIELD SUPERVISOR with RBS 6000 (6102, 6101, 6201, 6301)
GSM/WCDMA/LTE (DUG, DUW, DUL, SIU, OMS-846 and SAU), RBS 3000
(3018, 3418, 3518) IP migrations, E1 expansions (for ERICSSON SERIES
3000 ETMF-X, RAX, TXH6-O3/04/06, ETMC-1 boards) as commissioner,
integrator, troubleshooter and ATP supervisor using software and tools all of
this duties such as PUTTY, ELEMENT MANAGER, OMT, WIN FIOL,
Administrative tools such as SITE HANDLER and AGENCY HANDLER, etc.
Part of the work is to be in contact and operate certain functions of LUCENT CDMA
MODCELL 4.0 in some cases such as alarms, connections, alarm configuration,
power supply and some other functions needed by the client MOVILNET. At this
moment I work for MOVILNET and DIGITEL (SWAP OUT) for projects with more
than 300 RBS commissioned and integrated by myself to their network in
Venezuela capital and satellite cities Gran Caracas.

Field Engineer: since Feb 2012 to Nov 2012.

Responsibilities:

Based on my personal experience and knowledge, now I was conducting Site
Survey, documentation and installation for Ericsson RBS 6000 GSM/WCDMA
(DUG and DUW for 3G), Nokia Flexi Edge-WCDMA BTS, Huawei SS
Engineer UMTS BTS for the DIGITEL SWAP OUT PROJECT REGION LOS
LLANOS and ZTE ZXSDR BS8700 BTS for installation and implementation. I
am Team Leader, consultant Installation and Carrier detection (sweeps)
using ADVENTEST U3771 spectrum analyzer.
SITE SURVEY, supervision and installation for HUAWEI BTS 3606E-
450; grounding, power, floor anchor and hole indoor installation for
this CDMA equipment.
Having received the implementation, commissioning and integration courses
in CANTV (Venezuela) added to my all previous experience as telecom
integrator and installer, part of my duties is to be Consultant for ADVANTECH
SATELITE SATNET MODEM IDU and VIASAT IDU/ODU installation,
commissioning and integration for Satellite Simon Bolivar Ground Stations. All
these duties mentioned before are being done giving my professional services
directly to the outsourcing companies as Implementation Consultant
Engineer.

ENERGY EXPERIENCE

During more than 4 year I have been working with Power System for RF, 2G
and 3G sites in SS, Siemens Power Supply, AC Panel, DC panel, ZTE BTS
8700 Power System, Ericsson RBS 2000/3000/6000 Power System and
Batteries bank installation, Eltek, Mini Eltek, Eltek II installation standards,
handling and troubleshooting.

COMPANY: RELCOM GROUP BRAZIL.

Installation Team Leader: since Oct to Dec 2011

Responsibilities:

At that moment I was Team Leader Installation, GSM/WCDMA specialist and
troubleshooting handling for RELCOM Group in a project for VIVO, one of the
most important mobile service providers in Brazil. I am in charge of
ERICSSON RBS 6000 (6102, 6101, 6201,6301) installation, commissioning,
integration and troubleshooting for GSM (2G-DUG) and WCDMA ERICSSON
(3G-DUW), Retrofits process from E/// RBS 2000 service cabinet to E///
RBS 6000, alarm handling and troubleshooting Tx solution (E1/Iub) and
Energy Supply (ELTEK, Siemens Power Supply and AC-DC PANEL, etc.).

At the same time, it was necessary for me to install Tx (E1/Iub cable, cross
connection and connectors) and check with BSC/RNC in order to make an
efficient integration for each site of the Cluster assigned to my Team for
VIVO network.

COMPANY: ZTE de Venezuela C.A.

Installation Leader: since March to Sept 2011.

Responsibilities:

Because of my performance during the first phase of the Swap Out project
for DIGITEL in Venezuela, I was promoted as BTS ENGINEER and
Coordinator/Trainer for ZTE Installation Wireless Team Engineers and
it makes me take charge of logistic for GSM and UMTS installation
supervision; leader the supervisors team during the Swap Out process; to
give support and solution to the client for troubleshooting and alarms solution
for 2G and 3G; coordinate installation teams; fallow and keep the ZTE
ZXSDR BS8700 BTS installations. In charge of CLEAN UP´s and ATP process
for DIGITEL stations involved in the Swap Out and NOKIA (Ultra Site BTS)
and ERICSSON (Node B Tx and Energy) equipment turn off after the SWAP
OUT process. One of the most vital assignments in my hands was the Tx
check from site to BTS-BSC/RNC via E1 (Iub) to FIU/BNC PLUG IN UNIT in
order to have the correspondent path for the Integration of each Cluster´s
station to obtain the best efficiency for the Swap Out in every station of each
cluster.
At the same time and as a personal improvement into my professional duties
during the Swap Out Project, I collaborate with Optimization Team checking
Antenna Power, Cell ID, Crossed Sectors and else using a testing cell phone.

ZTE BTS Engineer: since Aug 2010 to March 2011.

Responsibilities:

As Wireless Engineer my duties were to take care of GSM/UMTS ZXSDR
BS8700 BTS Installation supervision and integrator for ZTE equipment (BBU,
RRU, Optical Fiber, Energy, grounding, standards and details), solve alarms
and Tx problems between site-BSC/RNC. Improving my knowledge and
professional performance I worked with Test Cell Phones to verify power,
sectors, Cell Id, etc. according to Optimization Team giving support and
learning about this branch of the RF duties. Above that, I was in charge of
uninstallation of Nokia Ultra Site BTS and Ericsson RBS 3000 (BTS, energy,
antenna line installation, etc) after Swap Out. As Wireless Engineer I gave
Supervision support on ZTE BCS and ZTE ITC installation for DIGITEL
SWAP OUT PROJECT in DIGITEL MSC LECHERIAS and DIGITEL MSC
PUERTO ORDAZ for SS, Power Supply connection and OF dispatch.

Achievements:

Successfully I participated in implementation for more than 260 ZTE
GSM/UMTS ZXSDR BS8700 BTS for a DIGITEL SWAP OUT GSM-UMTS
NOKIA-ERICSSON/ZTE Project duringxxx-xxx-xxxx.

Responsibilities:

Being part of the Engineering Team for AXE TELECOM, I was assigned with
