Was team lead on nationwide VZW signal strength testing, and Tiger Team Lead on Sprint audits in the BAWA market, where my team was consistently the most productive week after week. Currently I have experience with site audits, site build work on VZW/AT&T/Sprint projects including exposure to multiple technologies, in multiple configurations, in many markets across the country. Ive worked on tower mods, decoms, and boom swaps. Assisted in PIM, Sweep, and fiber testing. Able to safely fly tools and equipment up/down the tower using capstan winch. I have mounted; antennas, duplexers, TMAs, RRHs, OVPs, cables, coax, power, fiber, RETs, and equipment grounds both in the shelter, and the tower top. Proper color code, weatherproofing, and securement practices. Rigging/derigging the tower, pre and post picture packages, as well as the filling out of all safety sheets, JSAs, invoices, and daily work logs.

I was in charge of negotiating, booking, loading, securing, and safely transporting a variety of goods and commodities efficiently to its intended destination. Following all the local, state, and federal rules and regulations along the way. The filling out of all associated papers and logs. As well as the daily maintenance and upkeep of fleet vehicle, I also tended to roadside repairs as they arose.

In short I designed, layed out, troubleshot, repaired, upgraded, and installed various electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial environments adhering to all aplicaple federal, state, and local safety regulations. I began as a helper and worked my way up to a project lead running large custom jobs and multiple men. This position is where my training in site safety, climbing, fall protection, rigging, crane signaling, tool usage, and working with a deadline all began.
