Led team of technicians in maintenance and daily operations of seven microwave communication network systems that provided critical voice, data, video, security, and strategic communications supporting over 50,000 customers on 60 afloat and 86 shore based military units operating within the PACNORWEST area of operations.
As assistant 3MC trained and led 28 sailors and 7 civilians and oversaw the administration and documentation of 1116 preventative maintenance actions in five work centers at three geographically separated locations. This directly led to a score of 97 percent during Navy Information Dominance Forces 3M visit on the three newly established work centers.
