As A Tower Foreman
• I am experienced in Installs, erects, maintains, repairs, removes, or retrofits towers and antenna systems (e.g. antennas, microwave dishes, feed lines, ice shields, etc.), sometimes under adverse conditions (e.g., high towers, inclement weather, remote sites, etc.) throughout the nation using safety equipment and hand, power, and specialty tools.
• I am able to perform Anritsu sweep testing, PIM testing, fiber optic testing, and laptop down tilt procedures.
• I am able to read a compass and figure azimuths.
• Capable of identifying essential materials and tools to carry out the scope of work.
• I am capable of reading and implementing project drawings and specifications.
• I have experience in transports heavy equipment and materials to work locations including remote areas to perform functions of the job using appropriate vehicles (e.g. 4-wheel drive vehicle, trailer, tractor, crane, fork lift, etc.).
• I can maintain compliance with all company, OSHA and customer-specific safety procedures and guidelines.
• I can be responsible for maintaining all tools, vehicles and equipment assigned to this function.
• I constantly prioritize and organize work to maximize time efficiency with given deadlines.
• I feel it is imperative to work as a part of a team with the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships/communication within a small group of co-workers.
•I can accurately complete travel expense reports and time sheets.

I have vast experience with Site Master, JDSU, ODM, ATCLITE, CCU's, LMU's, RAYCAP, DC power circuits, AC power circuits, grounding, RF THEORY, ATT ND50-2.Steel modification, Flat plate installation, mag drill, all types of bolt up steel upgrades. If there is a skill I am required to learn I will learn it and excel at it given the opportunity.
