Was in charge of safety of all climbers on the tower and making sure that all equipment was installed properly
and in a timely manner. Was doing AT&T 4&5c upgrades. Responsible for rigging tower and going over rigging
plan with the Forman.

10/2014 - 10/2016 T o p H a nd H o lst ed Opera t io ns

Was in charge of getting rigging plan and rigging tower. Was mainly doing a project for Entergy up grading their
Analog radio system to a Digital system. Which consisted of changing the transmit and receive Omni Antennas to
New ones , changing all jumpers up top and changing to an upgraded TMA. Worked all over Arkansas, Louisiana,
west side of Mississippi and east Texas.

06/2012 - 05/2014 C ivil / T ech lll / T o p H a nd C M S W irless

Worked mostly tower side but also did civil grounding and electrical install for Verizon. Was doing 4g Lte install
for Verizon adding antennas, diplexers/ triplexers and radios. Also full site builds. Also worked civil installing
grounding halos and electrical conduit for main power, set shelters and install bottom side fiber and power.

08/2011 - 06/2012 T ech ll W est o w er

Was installing AT&T 700lte, adding new antenna and radios for each sector. Decom old antenna and add -48
power tower top and bottom. Run Fiber home run and install ray cap.

07/2009 - 08/2011 Gro und H a nd / T ech l H o lst ed Opera t io ns

Started out as a green hand learning knots and rigging helping fetch tools and learning the ins and outs. Moved
up to tower Hand working AT&T maintenance. Doing microwave installs and two-way radio install and
maintenance for Motorola. Made a few 1,100ft climbs and worked at 1600ft.

06/2006 - 02/2009 F a rm H a nd C ro cket t F a rms

Was in charge of feeding cattle, clearing land and building fence. Cutting and bailing hay, cutting timber and
running a one man band saw mill. Ran chicken houses and also Heavy equipment.

I pride myself in my safety and performance records on the tower. My main goal besides making sure the job is
performed at the highest standards , is getting everyone home safe at the end of the day. I understand that the
standards are always changing in the telecom industry and that is why I always push my coworkers to the best of
their ability to make sure we stay on top and ahead of the game. I have been through many rescue and first aid
courses as well as osha 10 as I am certified in all fields.
