Duties:
Assure and maintain safety of crew and site at all times; including Fall Safety
techniques.
Work independently at given tasks as well as with others.
Installation of new carriers on new build and existing towers.
Climbing towers at various heights.
Sweep, Pim, and Fiber testing and downloading
Adjust antenna Azimuth and down tilt.
Erection of numerous tower types.
Coax Termination, Connector Installation, Weatherproofing and Grounding.
Installs, set up, maintains, repairs, decom, or modify towers and antenna systems
(e.g. antennas, feed lines, microwave dishes, ice guards, etc.), sometimes under
adverse conditions (e.g., tall towers, extreme weather, remote sites, etc.)
throughout the country using safety equipment and hand, power, and specialty
tools.
Assemble and install antennas.
Coax and Jumper install and Replacement.
Build Relationships with customers and employees.
Labeling pictures.
Completing Customer Closeouts promptly and efficiently. (All major careers.)
Vehicle, Trailer, and equipment maintenance.
