systems and recording instruments. LTE, UMTS, GSM, CDMA components, photograph and
document, SWEEP/PIM testing and fiber testing, azimuth, ret settings, antenna alignment.
AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint 2.5 install and US Cellular decom.

SKILL TO:
Assist design engineers and project managers, review design drawings, read and interpret
electrical schematics, logic, elementary, wiring and control diagrams, troubleshoot electrical and
control circuits to locate problems, electrical testing and provide necessary repairs .Assist
engineer with differentials testing. Experience in electric utility substation integration,
automation, and protection system upgrades, design, documentation, installation and testing.
Lead electrical install and civil construction crews.

INSTALLATIONS:
Build and work inside distribution 69kv, 230kv and 500kv switchyard substation, remove and
install new relay and control panels, remove OCB and install new GCB, remove and install
new relays, line current differential protection and automation systems. Install AC/DC
distribution panels, transformers, RTU’s, reactors, insulators, line bus, control, and equipment
grounds. Wiring and testing of new SCADA system. Electro –mechanical relays with
microprocessor based relays in existing substation. DAS/Central office or cell site installs.
Replacement of BTS equipment, site support cabinets ,COVP, emergency and normal power
panels, batteries, rectifiers, RRH radios, antennas, coax, fiber, jumpers, connectors, -48v and
+24v power plants and convertors. Telecommunications routers and Ethernet, T1’s and
alarms. .

TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIR:
Assist higher classified employees with testing of control and relay circuits, line current and
potential circuits, auxiliary control circuits, data and fault recorders to find, identify and correct
problems. Repair electro mechanical relays and wiring problems. Test and document during
start-up. AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint 2.5 wireless communication systems. Check
differentials using Doble (F-6150) test equipment 60amp to 100amp.

SAFETY:
Use safe work practices, methods and procedures to work on or around high voltage ( up to
230kv and 500kv ) and low voltage ( 600 volt or less ) systems. Comply with with NERC and
FERC standards and requirements

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
 Remove and install new relays, line current protection and automation systems
Experienced Nokia equipment training and equipment install
Install Nokia Flexi L700/ L1900 modules, MPR radios, batteries, Nokia / Ericsson /
Alcatel 8000&9500, C&I training (have to retrieve my PT #)
 Modify and terminate SCADA systems, RTU’s, DFR’s, PLC’s ,CT’s PT’s.
Terminate SEL-311, F60, B90, C30 relays, stuck breaker panels, gas circuit breakers,
protective relay control wiring, lockout relays, local-remote switches, low gas relays,
alarms, RTU programs, potential currents, contact input and output, testing,monitoring,
