Limited experience, but I have had the pleasure of working with shift managers in prioritizing daily projects and duties.

I have worked as a contact point between employers and customers in progress reports, daily duties, issues, etc.

I have participated in daily meetings on the day’s activities and where I stand with my ongoing projects.

Leadership

As a telecommunications cable installer, I would lead groups of employees on any number of small to medium projects. An example would be the 3yr hospital reconstruction project I lead with a team of 6 people to update and upscale their hardware and network equipment installs as well as backbone cabling.

Experience

I was part of a group that used a couple of (DCIM) applications to manage the install, decommission, warranty, and break/fix in a datacenter with 75,000 pieces of equipment to monitor every day.

Conducted asset management using different computer applications, and worked with clients over conference calls as onsite technician for remote upgrades.

Limited experience with the tape team on scheduled tape changes.

Very familiar with patching schemes as I have a good understanding of signal flow.
