Direct and supervise the Network Operations Team to ensure the proper maintenance and operations of all cell sites, in-building repeater systems, distributed antenna systems and associated peripheral equipment, including, but not limited to, towers, buildings, power equipment, and interconnect facilities. Perform site surveys to document current site telecommunications configurations and user requirements. Responsible for developing on-site installation schedules and mobilizing telecommunication installation teams. Design and optimizes telecommunications topologies. Direct and led documentation of the configuration changes at each site and proficiency in using common test equipment (e.g. digital test sets, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers) in order to properly test communications equipment/systems. Served as a lead technician on SBInet contract to help design and build virtual fence along southern US border. Directed activities of teams with up to 10 members to configure, install, operate, and maintain security system devices, sensor components, and communications equipment. Oversaw the preparation of engineering drawings, proposals, and technical documents as well as on-site management, inventory control, and quality control. Perform new construction, general repair, and maintenance on communication towers (RDT, SST, and monopole) in excess of 200 feet.

Conducted Site Surveys, Shelter Layout Plan, Project Test Plan, and Technical Drawings sections for Barry M. Goldwater Range DRR.
Conducted daily safety briefings for company and customer employees.
Served as the lead tower senior field technician, responsible for the installation and assessment surveys of over 40 towers along the southern border.
Researched project specific FAA tower lighting schemes, shelter layout, and tower assembly.

Primary responsibilities included interpreting blue prints and site layouts to design expansion modifications for future ISDN, HDSL, T1 SPAN, 56/64k, DSL, DLC, and Fiber Optic circuits. Audited incoming orders for efficiency and viability to reduce response time for field engineers. Proficiency demonstrated by continually exceeding workload demand while maintaining company policies and procedures implementation plans.
