I have 5+ years experience on cell towers. I am com trained. I have experience in tower erections, tower painting, repairing/installing tower lights such as TWR, Flash Tech, and incandescent tower lights. Also have lots of experience in antenna change outs and repairs on many different types on antennas and have hung all sorts of coax, like Andrew, elliptical, etc, also have installed connectors. I have experience in sight to sight lining dishes and installing dish's of various types from 2 foot dishes to 12 foot microwave dishes. I have experience in running heavy equipment like bobcats, lulls, forklifts, boom truck, and experienced with pulling goose neck trailers. Also I have done lots of tower inspections. I have experience with guyed wire change outs as well, including plum and tension on towers with transits. I follow all tower safety rules, always use safety climbs when available and never climb without being 100% at all times. safety is more important than speed on a tower in my opinion although I am very efficient when on the tower and always get the job done quickly as possible while being 100% safe. I have a little knowledge in cell phone equipment as well. I have done everything on towers that can be done, in other words I'm not just knowledged in one area like cell phone equipment or tower erections, I have done it all.
