power tools because of my previous experience working on a ranch and being a carpenter.   
            My training at Northwest Lineman College has taught me metering, vault, aerial and 
pole top rescue I have my climbing certification and have finished all of my competencies on 
the first day of check offs. I have learned skills such as climbing wood poles and steel 
structures basic rigging and grounding principles. I have also never missed a day of school and 
maintained A’S and B’s throughout my training at Northwest Lineman College and also 
obtained my class A license and will acquire the license july 7th.  I would be a great addition to 
a crew because i am a leader and think a step ahead of what is going on so that we as a crew 
can be more efficient. Safety is a huge concern for me and that is why I made it a point to 
attend every safety meeting and look for things that could be hazardous out in the field so that I 
could keep my instructors and classmates safe.
