Photos resize and C.O.P upload to the EAMS .

Arrive on site Log in to Sprint bridge network (SNTT) pre check alarms on site, Activate the play button on the ADO/EAMS. Night 1: Install, lead tech fill out DHA from on arrival, 2C Power Upgrade indoor install arrived on site log in with T-mobile and do a site work through before starting (pre-Photos) take log book & site ID. Calls Ericsson Nic provide information before Per-check {Name, site ID, AMS Tool token #} Start inventory on all small parts (Router SFP, SD card for DUG & Fiber SFP‘s for all technology, then the MU6000 units,) Prep for the power run for indoor lug and crimp power cables, fiber paper the rack for power run, install ground cable to MGB & from SPD cans.

Mount the 6000 units, {GSM, LTE, PCS} run power to the units mount DF-OVP case & ground all the units to MGB. lead will call Ericsson NIC , to inform them the site will be brought down and what technology is brought down {Service impacted window} { soft lock by site NIC ,in the maintenance window } I’ll help my installer pull power cable in to place .Power down the PBC 6500 ,(power battery backup system )& remove the Five AC-cob units, five PSU, two DOU, two BFU. Help the install terminate leads to the PBC 6500 & SPD cans & grounds .Power the PBC 6500 and all newly installed technology. Call Ericsson NIC give name & site ID to network support to bring the all technology back on air, conform that all technology are on air & taken traffic, no issue & Alarm Free Cleanup take post install photos , sign log book out , log out with t-mobile war room. Ericsson quality Check list; take Site Post Photos for COP.

Night 2: Integration lead tech fill out DHA from on arrival, 2C Migration indoor install arrived on site log in with T-mobile and do a site work through before starting (pre-Photos) take log book & site ID as will., I call Ericsson Nic to find who will be my tech support for the night give them my call back information & start by Log in to the E_node_B, scratch load, the node and reload it. With a Basic package and any upgrade packages given on AWS/UMTS or PCS,

Load the site configuration s, then hand off Ericsson NIC, then starts loading the IDB for GSM/DUG on to the SD card. and hand over to the NIC , load LTE and have a ping tested by T-mobile switch .once the site is complete screen shots are taken for COP After tower crew arrived and move the jumpers over to the New AIR Antennas. I then do my call test on all three sectors and technology& E911.

Umts /swap out version 4 CBU card in UMTS 3rd carrier, Arrived on site log in with Pack Bridge and verity pre-existing alarms. Then retrieve IP address from the E_node_B and log in with E_mass and continuo by taking screen shots of alarms, CV, & old version of CBU.

Then do a back up of the C/D file screen shots FTP with on errors .Then call the NIC to soft lock the site for the CBU swap. Power down the CBU board, and swap the card out and put new card in and power the unit up. Once in the corrective state then call the NIC to bring the site back up. Log back in to E-mass and do post check and screenshots

Arrived on site & coordinate with IM on were the location of the preexisting Equipment is going to be placed , verified that RF jumpers are prepped with new connectors are being used.cat 5 cable is ready to be pulled as well as power. During the maintenance window, call the NIC to log in and check for existing alarms. The record T1 in the EVDO cabinet and at the opposite end photo’s taken, Connect to vortex then check and take screen shots of pre/post of‘T1, Backhaul, call traffic, and then call the NIC to lock down the site. Once the nic locks the site, I then power down the CDMA equipment by shut the correct breakers to continue with the hot slide, Once the CDMA cabinet is placed in to the right location by GC then all cat 5 & power are terminated. Powers is restored and wait for the CDMA equipment to come up then call the NIC to blossom the site to its corrective state then open vortex and take screen shots once the site is up.

Then start the Call testing of each sector with help from the NIC. Locking each sector one at a time. Drive test with a UE device (Air Card) EVDO DATA Speed test for Upload & down load speeds via speedtest.net. Also used Android phone in debug mode for voice. PN channels, TX RX power and RSSI values.  Appropriately skilled technicians will generally have two years or more recent/current experience installing and configuring FIBER OPTIC equipment and cables, along with a solid background in CAT6 cable fabrication and testing at the installation site.

Configuration experience would include time spent doing manual configuration of baseline scripts on high capacity routers and switches in the telecom environment.

Experience in the SPRINT network world would be a definite plus for this one.

Mount the cabinet pull power cables from the D-Square and terminate power to the E_node_B. Check voltage, and log reading, configure the PDU switches install the heater fans and terminate power set temp. Connect the cable to the OVP and Dull and SIU, Dress in the cables take all photo of the serial numbers Complete the Install by doing a ‘COP Close Out Package ‘. Completed update the war room on the status of the site.

4G SIU Integration

Log in to SIU with Telnet and do a “rest to factory sitting”, and start with .tar file, then get my alarms list and check the T1 backhaul and proceed with a ping test, and record SIU configuration in log. Log time and Continued with the Integration, AS PER MOP.

4G LTE Integration Log in to the E_node_B, scratch load, the node and reload it. With a Basic package and any upgrade packages, set the ip and clock, reboot the E_node_B. Continue with the Integration with RBS software and executing the upgrade packages and creating CVs then setting to star table’s cycle down the E_node_B with in the RBS software. Continued integration loading the site-install /RBS-equipment/site-Basic.

Call the NIC and tell them the site is at 78% and can load LKF files. NIC will call back and will say to go ahead and do the data test. Lock each sector and do a speed test for each sector and record the reading or screen shoots .create a COP for Integration for that site. Trouble shoots SFPs and RRU Connectivity issue and RAN implementation. Drive test with a UE device (Air Card) EVDO DATA Speed test for Upload & down load speeds via speedtest.net. Also used Android phone in debug mode for voice. PN channels, TX RX power and RSSI values. Collected screenshots for close out packages.
