Responsibilities Include: Currently the close-out specialist and acting foreman for Bechtel Construction Services. Coordinate crews and assemble construction packages. Receive all turnover documentation, finalize and submit for review. Assist with financial true-ups. Also direct Appalachian Electrical/RF Crews in cell tower upgrades and finalize site construction.
Job Duties Include: Turn-over documentation (Sweeps, GPS, Redlines, Photo Labeling). Review detailed records of materials, lengths of coax power cable, conduit, and any work out of scope to complete financial documentation for the client. Troubleshoot and clear alarms before integration and call in for the AT & T NEA Testing. Can install forms and pour concrete for generator pads shelters and tower foundations if needed .Site walks to identify what materials are needed on site to get the job completely and on. Time

Responsibilities included: working to ensure all crew members were assigned tasks and completed them properly and safely; performing Pre Job Briefs with the crew and pre-inspections of all tools, PPE and gear as well as training techs on how to use tools correctly and efficiently; managing time and tasks to complete the job in the most efficient way possible.
Job Duties Included: Worked anywhere from 60 to 1400 ft. off the ground safely and efficiently. Our crew was involved in the Motorola Upgrades and New Installations from Virginia to Georgia. We performed maintenance for Santee Cooper and other EIEC Cooperatives around South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia. The work included the installation of cell arrays on communication towers and rooftops, installation of cable tray, cable ladder, antennas, microwave dishes, jumper, foam coax, air coax, elliptical waveguide, and grounding systems. We installed foundations for the radio buildings, set the buildings, including ground rings and the rebar for the foundations. Ran the entire conduit for the electrical and telecommunications as well as running the conduit for the generators. Experienced in troubleshooting of hard lines such as ½ inch to 1 5/8 inch coax cable. Can install any fitting from ½ inch to EW lines. Plumb and tension the towers and necessary upgrades as needed. Ran top of gin pole during stacking of guide towers. Capable of troubleshooting lighting systems and repairing them as necessary.
