Helped build out AT&T sites
Stacked new towers on raw land sites
Made jumpers, color coded, and built out antenna and rru mounting brackets
Loaded materials into trailer and kept both the truck and trailer organized through builds.
Researched hotels to save the company money and provide nicer living conditions for the crew.

helped formulate a report to submit the findings.

Worked with my foreman to make sure that the sites were built to the correct specifications provided by our
costumers.
In charge of the build once up the tower. I would answer any questions the hands working under me would have
about the build.
Took final photos so the foreman could build the close out package at end of construction.
Very detailed oriented when it comes to the quality of the builds so that it not only gets done right but right the
first time.

Trained, coached and mentored crew to safely and effectively build sites for Verizon and Sprint in the California
market.
Made sure that everyone that stepped foot on my site understood the importance of safety and quality. If there
was a new hand he was given a "buddy" until properly trained.
Filled out time sheets for each person giving detailed information on what each person did on that day.
Filled out per diem request forms for each person and always sent in on time.
Built close out packages for each site we built and submitted to our QA department. Worked with the QA
department to make sure the costumer would have no questions or concerns once the final materials were

presented.
Responsible for sweeping/testing existing and new lines. Trouble shoot failing sweeps and make corrections to
improve service on sites. Document testing, generate reports and send in for COP.
Certified in the following test gear: EXFO (fiber), Anritsu site master, and Kaelus(PIM)
