Microwave design acceptance and changes and implementation of those changes. Worked with the tower crews in pathing the MW links. Built and maintained a rapport with City officials with whom Clearwire had special City contractual obligations. Duties also included the cabling, wiring and programming of base stations. Commissioning the sites for official on air status and maintaining the operational status of the entire Clearwire network in Grand Rapids. This was all done in accordance with a tight build schedule where timelines had to be met.
